From meeting to ticket, with the reasoning attached

Paste a meeting transcript. Tada writes the meeting notes and drafts Jira tickets, each linked to the decision behind it, so the people building see the why and not just the what.

Decision log

Every decision you approve lands here with who made it, why, and the words they used. Search it before you call another meeting.

Settings

Shape how Tada writes tickets for your team. Settings are saved in this browser.

Jira

Project key
Used to number tickets, like RX-101.
Default issue type
Used when a ticket’s type isn’t clear from the discussion.
Starting ticket number
The next approved ticket gets this number.

How tickets are written

Detail level
Brief keeps tickets to a line or two. Detailed adds context and edge cases.
Write for
Product terms explain the user need. Engineering terms name APIs, limits, and states.
Acceptance criteria
Add a checklist engineers can test against.
Open questions
List anything the meeting raised but didn’t settle.
Show source quotes
Attach the exact words behind each decision.

Data

Clear saved work
Removes the transcript, notes, approved tickets, and the decision log from this browser.

Help

Tada closes the gap between the end of a meeting and the moment tickets get written, which is where context usually gets lost.

  1. Paste the transcript

Use the transcript from Zoom, Google Meet, or your note-taker. Speaker names help Tada suggest owners.

  2. Review notes and tickets

Tada writes meeting notes (summary, decisions, action items, and open questions) and drafts a ticket for each piece of work. Edit tickets inline, then approve the ones you want.

  3. Send to Jira

Export approved tickets as a CSV and use Jira’s CSV importer, or copy a single ticket into Jira. Approved decisions are saved to the decision log.

Questions

Does Tada connect to Jira directly?

Not yet. This prototype exports a CSV that Jira’s importer accepts (Summary, Issue Type, Description, Assignee, Priority, Labels). A direct Jira connection is the next step on our roadmap.

What goes in the meeting notes?

A short summary, who attended, the decisions with the words behind them, action items with owners and due dates, and open questions the meeting didn’t settle. Use Copy notes to paste them into Slack or a doc.

Where is my data stored?

Your transcript, notes, and decision log stay in this browser. The transcript is sent to Claude only when you click Make notes and tickets or Ask, and Tada never uses it for advertising.

Why does every ticket link to a decision?

Engineers build from tickets, not from meetings. Linking the decision and the words behind it means the person building sees the why, not just the what.

Make notes and tickets isn’t working

Drafting uses your Claude account inside claude.ai. If you declined access, reload the page and allow it. Outside claude.ai, you can still load the sample to see a full example.

How do I get better drafts?

Paste the full transcript rather than a summary, and keep speaker names (“Marco: I’ll own the API”) so Tada can suggest owners and quote who decided what.
